Best PS3 Bundle

There are currently several PS3 bundles that you can choose from, all of which provide great value to the Playstation gamer. Currently the most popular and available PS3 bundles are either a PS3 bundle that includes includes the console itself along with a game and/or accessories, or a PS3 bundle consisting of a PS3 controller and game.

If you already own a PS3, you will likely gain the most from the PS3 bundle of a game and a controller. The best that I have seen run for about $60 and include a Dualshock 3 PS3 controller and best selling game. I personally would recommend the Killzone 2, inFamous or LittleBigPlanet PS3 bundle. These are all critically acclaimed games and will sell new for over $30. Include the fact that they come with a controller that runs for over $50 and you get the whole package for only $60 and that is quite a steal.

I personally bought the inFamous bundle a few months ago. It was a great choice for me because I owned a couple of games that I wanted to use a separate controller for (one of which was LittleBigPlanet) and I had not yet played inFamous. I ordered the bundle from Amazon because I got free shipping, and greatly enjoyed the game. I actually sold the game afterwards, almost covering the initial cost of the PS3 bundle, which is really awesome.

If I was to recommend one PS3 bundle above the rest, it would be the LittleBigPlanet PS3 bundle. If you don't already own LittleBigPlanet, it is a phenomenal game that is wonderful for all ages. It is a great game to get with a PS3 controller because it offers two player co-op play that is simply a blast.

The other PS3 bundle that I would recommend is any bundle with the Playstation Move controller. Most PS3 owners probably don't already own the Playstation Eye, so it makes a lot of sense to get all the pieces you need together.

Obviously, if you do not yet own a PS3, now is a great time to buy! Sony recently announced upgraded models with a lot of added memory. You can get at 320gig model that will ensure that you have plenty of memory for many years. Getting one of these models bundled with the Playstation Move controller will give you a great start on some of the newest Playstation Move games that are sure to be a hit for yourself, your friends, and your whole family.
